Subject to the conditions listed in this return policy, we generally offer a full refund if your Drinkopoly© game is faulty, not as described or if you decide to cancel your order before or after dispatch. Please find the appropriate item with regards to your situation and feel free to ask us for help.

Prior to returning any goods  in any of the following instances, we kindly ask you to contact us first at:store@drinkopoly.com

 

Failure to do so may result in us not being able to offer you any additional information or assistance, as well as in some cases, not being able to accept the returned goods.

Returns

  1. Want to withdraw your Drinkopoly© game order or return the game for no particular reason in the first 14 days after receiving it?
Orders can be withdrawn anytime up to 14 days after receiving your order, whereby you are not required to state a specific reason for withdrawing your order or returning the product.

 

a)   For orders that have been withdrawn prior to dispatch:-     you will receive a full refund.

b)   For orders that have been withdrawn after they have already been dispatched or goods returned after delivery, two conditions must be met:1st condition returning the product in the appropriate time frame:

 

If your order has already been dispatched, we request that the returned goods, or proof of postage be received by us within 14 days after receiving your order.

2nd conditionreturning goods in the appropriate condition*:

All returned Drinkopoly© games should be returned in their original condition and packaging (including any and all board game box inlays, cards, game pieces, dice, manuals, etc.).

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

Providing that these two conditions are met:

-     you will receive a full refund for the goods and the cost of standard shipping to your location. This means that if you opted to have the order sent by a method other than our standard shipping you will only be refunded the value of the standard shipping. Please also bare in mind that you must cover the delivery cost for returning the product from your location to our location within the first 14 days for no particular reason.

*PLEASE ALSO NOTE: If goods are not returned in the appropriate condition, we withhold the right to reduce the refunded value by 50% or refuse the return completely.

  1. Want to return your Drinkopoly© game for no particular reason after 14 days?
After 14 days of you receiving your Drinkopoly© game, you may only return the game and receive a full refund with standard shipping costs, if the product is faulty or not as described (see below).
  1. Did you receive a faulty Drinkopoly© game, or does the product differ from the description you found on our website?
While we do our best to ensure that the goods we dispatch are in the condition advertised there may be unfortunate occasions where the goods you receive from us are faulty.

 

a)   Discovering the fault in the first 30 days:Upon notifying us via store@drinkopoly.com within 30 days of receipt of your faulty Drinkopoly© game:

 

-       We will offer a suitable resolution to your liking (i. e. return of goods). Whatever the resolution offered there will be no further cost to you.

-       If you'd prefer to keep the goods in question, you can also request an appropriate price reduction.

If you are required to return any goods as part of a resolution we will refund you up to the cost of standard shipping upon receipt of the goods or proof of postage (please see item 2. a) of this refund policy for the correct refund address and additional information).

*PLEASE NOTE – in certain situations we might ask you for photographic evidence of the fault or issue, so please keep that in mind.

b)   Discovering the fault in the first 6 months:Upon notifying us via store@drinkopoly.com after 30 days but within 6 months of receipt of your faulty Drinkopoly© game:

 

-       We will offer a suitable resolution, (i. e. return of goods, repairs, etc)  though this may not include a full refund. Whatever the resolution offered there will be no further cost to you.

-       If you'd prefer to keep the goods in question, you can request an appropriate price reduction.

If you are required to return any goods as part of a resolution we will refund you up to the cost of standard shipping upon receipt of the goods or proof of postage (please see item 2. a) of this Return Policy for the correct return address and additional information).

c)     Discovering the fault after the first 6 months:If a fault develops after the first six months, most national and EU laws provide, that the burden of proof is on the buyer with regards to proving that the product was faulty at the time you took ownership of it.

 

In practice, this may require some form of expert report, opinion or evidence of similar problems across the product range.

Not to worry, we can still arrange that the faulty item is returned, repaired, replaced or your refund claimed. Please do not hesitate to contact us at store@drinkopoly.com and we will do our best to work something out.
